Peach cobbler wasn't a favorite of the first person I served it to (unknown to me). He was very happy with it. Simply because it sounded delicious and I was on a diet, I made it. Its "lighter" status than any other cobbler won't ever be suspected. Hope you enjoy it. Oh, and it's also simple and fast.
